• Enter your email, copy it and enter your promo code in the personal account  when making an order to let the manager know which prize you won

The Producer and Executor of the acton is GFU-TRADE LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY (location: Ukraine, 79035, Lviv region, Lviv city, Zelena str., Building 147)

Action participants
Participants of the action can be only adults (from 18 years old), fully capable individuals (consumers of financial services) who are citizens of Ukraine and live in its territory, except for persons specified in paragraph 4.1.3.

Participants' consent to the collection and processing of information:
The decision to participate in the acton is a voluntary expression of will and is made by each of its potential Participants personally, based on their own reasons for participation and irrevocable agreement with these Official Rules.

• Its acquaintance with these Official Rules and guarantees their unconditional observance and following.
• Unambiguous and irrevocable consent to the collection, processing of personal data that have become known to the Financial Institution, subject to compliance with current legislation of Ukraine.
• His acquaintance with the rights of the subject of personal data in the amount specified by the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" and his consent to their inclusion in the databases of the Financial Institution.
• Which is notified of inclusion in such databases, as well as the purpose of collecting relevant data and persons to whom they are transferred or may be transferred, provided that the transfer will take place in accordance with current legislation of Ukraine.

• Informing about the Rules and conditions of the Promotion is done by posting the Rules on the official website Gifts For Ukraine https://giftsforukraine.com/
• The Producer has the right to change the Rules of the Promotion, including early termination or extension, by posting information on the website https://giftsforukraine.com/ no later than the date of entry into force of the changes.
• In the event of a situation involving an ambiguous interpretation of these Rules, any disputes and  issues not covered by these Rules, the final decision shall be made by the Financial Institution.
• The ActionProducer is not responsible for the further use of the Promo Code received by the Promotion Participant, for the inability to use the Promo Code for any reason, as well as for the possible consequences of using such a Promo Code.
• All results of the Promotion are final and not subject to appeal.
